About Kenilworth Circle
Kenilworth is a remarkable neighborhood of 26 homes that line an inviting circle around a tranquil pond. Established in 1990, this is a neighborhood, built around the original farmhouse, in which memories are made.
From block parties, to lemonade stands, to fishing and skating on the pond, to trick-o-treat around the circle, Kenilworth neighbors know and care for one another.
Our neighborhood is set in beautiful Mequon, a vibrant city along Lake Michigan, just 12 miles from downtown Milwaukee and it attractions: professional baseball and basketball, performing arts, museums, lakefront beaches, and the world’s largest music festival, Summerfest.
Kenilworth enjoys the advantages of superb educational opportunities-public, private, parochial and collegiate. From the highly respected nature-based preschool at the nearby lakefront nature center to the National Blue Ribbon award-winning high school, Homestead High, children of all ages can enjoy nationally regarded public education. Both Concordia University and Milwaukee Area Technical College are within a few miles of our neighborhood and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee campus, with its 30,000 students, lies just 10 miles to the south.
