These documents are the description of the Association as a legal entity including membership, voting rights, management, and structure & responsibilities of the Board. They were drafted by the original developers of Kenilworth and amended by the HOA membership over the years.
Kenilworth Rules & Regulations
Rules and Regulation is the most current set of restrictions which include key provisions from the original Declaration of Restrictions and amendments that have been adopted by the Association.
Declaration of Restriction was established by Kenilworth’s original developers. Main provisions of this document have been incorporated in the “Amended and Restated Bylaws” and “Rules & Regulations” documents.
Kenilworth Water Trust Declaration
Water Trust Declaration establishes the rules regarding management and operation of Kenilworth’s shared water system.
